Handle can be slippery

The knife cutting edge is sharp, is a good every day knife and easy to sharpen. However, although the shape of the handle is comfortable, I gave the knife four stars because the metal handle can be a bit slippery when using with a wet hand. I did not realize it was metal until I opened the box.

Nice two toned stainless steel

These are a great pack of steak knives. I like the two tone color of the stainless steel, it really looks great with other stainless steel flatware. They cut well and have a nice weight to them.

love the graphite color

This is a really good sharp, sturdy steak knife. I love the graphite, it reflects different shades depending on the lighting! The handle is very comfortable too. Winner!
