Fabricated from durable, high-quality stainless steel, Statement's single-piece, stamped blade construction is lighter than forged knives. Along with the full tang, this encourages maximum maneuverability. Valued Santoku

A santoku is such a good everyday knife, pefect for chopping fruits and vegetables. This one has a lighter blade so there is less fatigue when you have a lot of chopping to do. The three rivet handle is durable, a little larger than some, and fits nicely in your hand. Definitely a good value.
