HELP - Where can I find a manual?

I am hoping someone who owns a Jabarr Beyond Leather power recliner & knows how to reset it, will read this and post a “review” explaining it to me! I got this recliner for my mom in June 2021. She loves it. But it just stopped working a couple days ago. It might have a loose connection or need to be reset. But I can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (Macy’s customer service chat was not helpful. My order history only goes back 2 years, so I don’t have an order number. And despite the fact that this chair is exclusively made for Macy’s, they evidently can’t get me a manual or direct me to a website without my order number. Both representatives ended up just abandoning our chat.)

Comfortable for two!

Comfortable and multi functional chairs. We got these so we could relax a bit while watching TV. Job done!

Two chairs and console

Waited a long time to get product. It is defective. Once in recline position it gets stuck in that position until it is unplugged and restarted. Return item. Nice and comfortable but spent too much money for defects. Also thought it was all attached in one piece. Not so. Not connected at all three separate pieces. I would not recommend this item
