Stay away!

Overpriced for the quality. These were worn 3 times then the heel separated from the body of the boot. Had them repaired twice. Same issue. Shoemaker said they aren’t made well.

Firstly, I ordered my regular size and it came way smaller, but also boots feels like made of plastic, no way to move in it comfortably. They’re beautiful tho

NEVER RECEIVED AFTER 2 SHIPMENTS

I never received the boots but Macy’s got paid for them! I called after waiting the shipping amount if time and Macy’s promised me I would have them in 2 days thst they were going to reship them to date, I still don’t have the boots or my refund! They used Laser Ship which I hate because I always have a problem with them. They even used Laser Ship for the reshipment even though I asked them not to. I ended up buy the boots for less st DSW. They shipped via Fed Ex.
