Poor quality

I bought 3 different sizes of this rug in 2024 because I fell in love with the pattern and colors but I had so many problems with them. First issue was the edges were uneven in which they replaced. Second issue was the shedding/pilling. I have reported it and Macy’s and Oriental Weavers kept telling me that it will stop eventually and they had given me a guideline on how to take care of this issue. I followed that guideline to the T and the area rugs won’t stop shedding and becoming very annoying that I have to vacuum every other day. I would pick a strand that’s sticking out and it will be pulled easily. I kept reporting it until they said my return time has expired and I can no longer get my money back. I made an appeal but got rejected. One year having these rugs, the problem continue and edges are not straight anymore. These are worst rugs that I have ever purchased and they are not cheap! My Sams club rug has better quality! DO NOT BUY!

Not worth the $$

Do NOT buy these rugs! We bought 2 large ones & a runner. It has been 4 months, they will not lay flat, even with carpet tape attached. We put weights on them the first 2 months, now they are starting to unravel when they are vacuumed. Since we are over 30 days & there is no warranty, Macy's will not do an exchange. We searched for the company JHB design, nothing! We loved the color & design, the quality is horrible.

Great change to the flooring. The earth tone colors go with all of the furniture. This abstract carpet adds a whole new dimension to the decor.
