Terrible Quailty of Last Act Merchandise

While the quality of the fabric and "tailoring" of the Kasper pants have diminished, being a Macy's "Last Act" item worsened the pants quality. They appreared to have been worn and perhaps "ironed" or some adjustment which left thick lines on them. Macy's should described the problems on "Last Act" items so that customers won't get stuck with merchandise with permanent and unresolvable issues.
