Macy's failed me. I'm out

The suit was fine. I'm returning it. Macy' failed miserably. they would not honor a 70% off "flash sale price" that was emailed to me the very next day for the exact same item after I bought the suit. A customer service rep. advised me to not buy the sale suit, just call when the charge was posted to my Macy's credit card account and they would issue a "price adjustment". When I called back the next day i was advised there was no record of the flash sale and a price adjustment would not be applied. I'm closing my account and never shopping at macy's again. you have just lost a loyal platinum card holding customer.
