zippers

Expensive items!!!! Zippers broke in 2 suitcases. the sewing of the zipper too weak. Don't waste your money on this item.

I’ve had this set for over a year now and have used on two international trips to Africa. Bags are still intact and will be using again soon. Definitely recommend.

Recently purchased my set and during my first trip the zipper got damaged and torn! Wish I could show the pictures! I DO NOT recommend!

Good Looking; Good Performance; Good Warranty

These cases are attractive and so far, they seem to be well made. I used two of the cases on a trip this past November and they stood up to all the harsh treatment that flying trips involve these days. I was satisfied with their performance.

Wheels fell off

I took this BRAND NEW set to Europe. It was a total of 4 flights there and back. By the 4th flight, 3 of the wheels fell off making the luggage impossible to wheel through the airport. Very disappointed. Gave it 2 stars because it’s truly a beautiful set. I will be submitting to warranty.
