Awe-mazing!
I love Kiehl's and have been a fan for years, I've been using the Ultra Facial Lotion since high school... I have normal/to dry skin with a sensitive/oil-prone t-zone and this lotion not only accommodates all the areas of my face, but feels great going on!

Disappointed
Having normal/dry sensitive skin, I thought as my first Kiehl's moisturizer I would try out the new oil-free lotion. I was excited at first when the SA described all the benefits of a more natural product, and figured it would be perfect with the Blue Herbal Cleanser Kiehl's carries for acne. I loved the cooling sensation this moisturizer provides on contact, and a little does go pretty far. However, I noticed 20 seconds after applying my face felt extremely STICKY. Literally, if I touch my face with my hand it gets stuck there. Even after applying my very low coverage foundation my face was super sticky, and it made the foundation appear super cakey! Maybe it's just this moisturizer, but as the first I've tried from Kiehl's I'm extremely disappointed. Maybe I should have gotten the Origins moisturizer instead...

very nice moisturizer
this is the best moisturizer i have used so far, when it comes to skin care i only use Kiehl's and Estee lauder . kiehl's is more natural and does not break me out. i have REALLY REALLY oily skin and this moisturizer could last me at least 6 hours which is like a miracle for me , since all the other stuff makes me oily right after i wash my face.

Love!
I tried the Ultra Facial oil-free line as soon as it came out. I used to use the regular Ultra Facial line and was finding my skin too oily by the end of the day; I am also prone to break outs. This oil-free line is especially ideal for these hot summer months...although I really wish the moisturizer had SPF. I absolutely love the unique texture of this moisturizer! It's thick, cool, calming and absorbs immediately. Also, contrary to a previous review, I do not find it sticky at all. The cleanser is also fantastic...a pea size amount lathers beautifully and removes all dirt and makeup from the day and when rinsed, my skin feels squeaky clean. I will definitely buy this line again and again...and hopefully the moisturizer with SPF will be arriving soon!

Finally, MY product!
I've always had an issue finding a facial cleanser that did what I needed it to. I have fairly oily skin, but I have also found that my skin will dry out and feel much too tight with some cleansers. After I ran out of my last bottle and found that it was no longer in production my work was cut out for me. I had remembered hearing about Kiehl's on a blog site and there just happened to be a store new my work, so I decided to go in and see if they could help. I walked out with this line of products feeling hopeful that I didn't just flush all this money down the toilet. Boy was I so pleasantly surprised! The cleanser was wonderful and the lotion was light but my face still seemed moisturized. It was perfect! I couldn't ask for anything more! The lotion doesn't make me super oily and my skin has been nice and clear, soft and hydrated!

Best moisturizer on the market for people with oily skin
I've searched high and low for a moisturizer that would not make my skin oily and I have finally found it. I love that it doesn't contain fragrance as some fragrances can irritate my skin. I used to use the regular Utra Facial Lotion but found that on my skin it would still add too much moisture. This product doesn't. It makes my oily skin normal, not too oily and not too dry. I had given up hope on finding a product that could do this until this product came along. The best part is that it not only works amazingly but it also doesn't cause me to break out! I read a few other reviewers who claimed that this made their skin feel a bit tacky. This can happen depending upon how you apply it. I have found the best way it to pat it into the skin rather than rubbing it in while your skin is still slightly damp after towel drying it off from washing. A little goes a LONG way, about a pea sized amount is all you need for your entire face. Give this a try if you have oily skin.

i love it...i have been using this product for 3 weeks now and my skin feels normal!!i use to have really oily skin and this saved me. i also bought the toner and love it also! before using this product my skin was really oily at the touch and i would hate when my boyfriend touched my face (i was embarassed) and now it's ok!

Didn't control the oil
I really wanted to like this product, but after trying the sample oil free toner, in conjunction with this one, my skin was still very oily, and weirdly shiny. However, I will say that this lotion does feel nice when you first put it on, like a very refreshing cooling sensation on your skin. Unfortunately that is about it for me.
