Not as described

The impression was that it converted into a any pack, but the over-the-shoulder strap is sewn on & can’t be removed. No options for anything to attach, pull around my waist and buckle. It’s a nice enough crossbody or shoulder bag. But that’s not what I wanted or need.

Wrong item!

I’ve ordered this bag twice and twice I’ve been sent the same exact wrong bag. Why do you keep mixing these two bags up? Don’t they have different item numbers? I want this one and not the bigger one that does not convert. I’m going to try one more time, maybe I might get the correct bag a third time.
