worst customer service

I order a bed frame, come out broken They do not inspect their products before delivery I called customer service, poor customer service, Sent someone to inspect after 5 days He called me a day before to ensure somebody would be home I told him to call me 30 minutes before He called me 15 minutes before, it takes me 25 minutes to get home from work after 5 minutes waiting he called me and leave the house Im still waiting for them to send someone inspect the broken frame 2 weeks later

no-brainer purchase

Super strong yet lightweight and easy enough to assemble that a first grader can do it. probably the last frame i'll ever buy for this size bed. total winner.
