Very Impressed!

This process was painless from start to finish. I was a little hesitant at first because I was concerned about how long it might take to get my knives back. Very impressed. A little over a week from start to finish. I like that they reused the sturdy shipping materials and my knives are wicked sharp.

Like a new set of knives

My Henckels had not been sharpened in nearly 30 years and the tip was broken off my chef's knife. They came back as sharp as they had been when I bought them and with a fixed tip! I will definitely be using this service at least once a year. It was quick, efficient and very professional.

Excellent service for high quality knives

I am so happy with my recently sharpened knives. They feel as sharp as they were when new. The turnaround time was about 5 days which is very good in my opinion. I highly recommend using this service if you have invested lots of money in quality knives.

Impressive Process and Results

This was so impressive. The whole process was really fast -- out and back in less than a week, which is faster than it takes with a local provider here in NYC . And my knives, which are top quality and precious to me, have never been so sharp. Of course, it makes sense that Henckels would do this well as they really know knives.

Like brand new

Never had such great sharpened knives. They are like brand new. I will never bring my knives anywhere else. The price was even more reasonable than other places. The service was amazing. We sent them and came back in the same week. Absolutely incredible.
