Sharp as a tack!
I just got my Zwilling knives, so I have not needed to take advantage of this service at this time. But I am planning on keeping my knives sharp as new. I coulcn’t be more pleased.

Fine, but not what I was hoping for
When I got them back, I was hoping for a factory-sharp blade, but that was not the case. I am most disappointed in my serrated knives. I will probably look for a local knife sharpener in the future.

Careless
Do not use this company! As they were careless in sharpening my knives. Most of my knives came back with some kind of flaw that was caused by the person sharpening them. Some had part of the return and or bolster ground away. Some had grinding marks on the profile of the blade. Not one of them came back as sharp as new. They also have no phone number supposedly. Will never use them again. It has been 3 days since I wrote an email to them and have not had a response except for the auto-response.

Convenient and easy
Convenient and easy. Could have elevated the experience if the side of knives were polished to remove water and other stains smudged on the knives.

Disappointed
It has been 10 days and the knives are still not back in our kitchen. Disappointing.

Without knives for 13 days, non-existent comms.
If you desire to lose access to your knives for half a month, this is the service for you! I had used KnifeAid a half dozen times in the past and thought the service was dynamite. Time for my bi-annual sharpening, I shipped my knives on 01/27, they arrived 01/29 to their warehouse. I repeatedly reached out to customer service after a week had passed, and they were initially responsive. But my last three emails went unanswered. KnifeAid’s website states that “your knives are sharpened and packed to ship within 24 hours.” No disclaimer to suggest otherwise. My knives were delivered on 02/08. So I didn’t have all seven of my primary cooking utensils for THIRTEEN days. Trash customer service. Trash service. You lost a loyal customer without adequate communication regarding completely beyond delivery timelines.
