A luminous veil for a flawless skin tone. Makeup Color Bases are high-performance primers designed to help correct and illuminate before your foundation. The velvety cream glides onto the skin, imparting a thin veil of translucent color that brightens dullness, counteracts discoloration and blurs pores and lines. Fourteen skin-nourishing ingredients including white mulberry root and rose extract feed and hydrate the skin with antioxidants and moisture. Light-diffusing pigments and soft-focus powders help smooth uneven skin texture, giving skin a fresh and luminous look.

Great Color Base!

I use this before using the Aqua Foundation works so good for my skin. Love the glow it gives me!

Pearl White is Amazing

This looks great when I mixed a little in my Aqua Foundation, gave a really nice glow, skin looks flawless. Great product!

May not be for me....

When I first used the product i thought it was going to be great for under eye discoloration. However I dont think I have really played with it enough to get it to blend well with my makeup. I t may be meant for people who have discoloration from acne scars.

Beautiful primer!

I love this primer. I can use it alone or under makeup. It makes my skin look so smooth, and it is also moisturizing. On weekends, I use just this after cleaning my skin and doing the basics, put this on with some bronzer and a little blush and go. I have received so many compliments on my skin. People will tell me how smooth my skin is and how good it looks. I also have the yellow base one. You only need to use a little.

Love them all!

The Makeup Bases perform perfectly and all of the shades perform different task that do truly work. I have used the Green one on people that have redness to their skin and rosacea and it really does tone down the redness before foundation application without leaving that green tint to the skin which can make people look sick. The Yellow makeup base is a personal favorite that I use personally. Whenever you use this on anyone that has golden or olive undertone skin it amps up the undertone and makes the skin look radiant without looking ashy or ghostly. The Lavender Pink shade was great to use for fatigue reasons. I usually used this on the under eye and forehead area for radiance boosting and slight highlighting. The standard primer that comes in the black tube is a true smoothing primer that makes the skin a even canvas before makeup application! All serve their purposes you just have to pick which ones compliment your skin or concerns best!

Perfect balance

This base is sincerely the perfect harmony between a color corrector and a primer. Having fair skin, I have a natural red surface tone which I always try and neutralize before applying foundation. Not only does this sit beautifully on the skin and not "ball" like a lot of primers can but it has a very nice velvet texture that sits right on top of the skin for a perfect canvas. Additionally, there is not a great cast rather than a completely neutralized, yet very natural brightness to the skin. I'd say it can even be worn with or without foundation depending on the level of coverage you are looking for. It's like the fine wine of makeup bases :)
