Worst purchase ever, I’m done with Macy’s

Extremely poor quality and leg completely broke off in less than 2 months use. A second leg is crooked and feels like it’s next to go. Customer service notified me that nothing could be done after 30 days of purchase. Macy’s has been going down hill for a long time, but not standing behind a large purchase like this after only 2 months is the last straw. My business will go elsewhere from now on.

Waste of money

Very nice looking, but terrible quality. Light and constantly moving around, cheap, wobbly, and uncomfortable. The fabric is soft but the chair feels like it’s made to hold a teddy bear. They are only returnable for 3 days, so beware ….
