The top doesn’t open to get to the powder

At the top of the jar when you open it, there is a permanent plastic cover that lets out only a minuscule amount of the powder. I thought maybe that plastic piece was removable to get more powder; it wasn’t, so essentially I’m stuck with a worthless jar with nothing I can get to. Rip off!

Not up to Lancôme standards

Like the formula but the container and pouf included are impossible. Plan on having to dump the powder into the lid and use a powder brush.
