Lenox Solitaire is a Classic!

The Solitaire pattern with the ivory color and platinum band sets a beautiful table for everyone to enjoy. I have four children and they all have Lenox china and this was my daughter's choice. Remember, don't wash it in the dishwasher unless you have a china wash cycle and it will look beautiful to pass-on to the next generation.

Very Elegant

The most elegant looking china I've found. We received 4 sets as wedding gifts and we love them! Very beautiful with simple lines, nothing but elegance.

So popular, but timeless

My husband and I chose this pattern and then came to find our friends have it as well - we really like and it's well like by others... still have more items to complete our set, but it - uses great, - strong brand where it won't get discontinued (important), - easy to clean (gets you to get it out of the curio more often) - a classic look that won't go out of style - can work with seasonal patterns easily

Solitaire Extraordinaire

I have had 12 place settings and several serving pieces of this china pattern for over 30 years and it is as beautiful today as it was when I chose it all those years ago. It will go with any color scheme and any style and any meal will look delicious when you use it. It looks elegant with my ornate Waterford crystal and sterling silver for special occasions, but works just as well in more informal table settings using everday silverware and glassware. Set your table with a variety of pretty, colorful tablecloths or placemats and you can have a new look every time you dine. You can also easily mix and match this with pieces from other china patterns. I have several other sets of fine china, but this is the one I actually use again and again and that my grown children always remember. If you choose this pattern, you will never be sorry because the Lenox quality and timeless appeal will last a lifetime.

Lenox Soiltaire-Excellent

The beautiful Lenox "Solitaire" Dinnerware is excellent. It has multiple use and can be used daily as well as for holidays and special occasions. The price isn't bad either! I would recommend the setting to anyone.

Lenox "Solitaire" is Suberb!

Lenox "Solitaire" is simply classic, timeless and elegant. It looks beautiful on the table no matter what the occasion - it's perfect for anything from a "date" with my husband to a holiday dinner. The platinum edging is really beautiful and adds a modern flare. I'm able to use accent pieces to add color without worrying about clashing with a busy pattern. Lenox "Solitaire" is simply suberb!

Lenox Solitaire

I have had this china since 1970 and it is wonderful. At the time, I chose it for the simple elegance and I still love that simple elegance. I can set up a table to be very elaborate or simple. I look forward to passing this heirloom on to my granddaughter in the future. The cups are a wonderful size, not too dainty and definitely not clumsy. The dinner plate size is perfect for holiday meals, but not too big for a simpler meal. The salad and dessert plates are also "just right". The oval shape of the platter and serving bowls adds variety to the tablesetting. The creamer and sugar bowl blend well with the overall look.
