Zipper melted in the dryer!!!

The jacket is lovely itself and my husband loved it, but the first time I washed and dried it, the zipper melted in the dryer!!! I only put it on low heat and followed it's instructions but I couldn't believe it melted!! Now it wont zip up at all and got black tarry goup all over my dryer and the jacket itself. So upset.

Very warm coat

This coat is very warm! It is a larger coat to handle getting in and out of the car, but it keeps me warm when I have to be outside. When you pick it up, it comes tightly wrapped in a sealed bag so it’s kind of wrinkly especially around the hood. It doesn’t lay correctly, so I’m having to retrain it so that it is around Hood instead of like triangular but otherwise I recommend this coat highly

Wonderful warm coat sent wrong color and size

I ordered the worker brown in a small. I received a black coat in a medium. I was disappointed that I did not receive order and size I requested but it all worked out in the end. The black coat I received is very warm and the perfect length for these cold winter days. I ordered a small but received a medium and that worked out as well, I like the extra extra room I have in the coat! I am happy with the purchase! Thank you!
