Levi's has made good pants but sizing inconsistent

I love the pants, but the problem is that each color seems to have different sizing. I bought green and they fit in one size, but when I wanted black I had to go to a different size. You would think since they both say "Levis Mens XX Standard Taper Fit Flex Tech Chino Pants" that they would all fit the same! Otherwise, five stars.
