Received a retuned item for our order...not happy.

Poor Packaging. The quilt looked like it had been retuned , then sent for our order. The one velcro strap was missing, the other was in tack. Signage on the quilt was torn, and the quilt and shams were not in any protective wrap, as most blankets and bedding are. It looks like an x mas return, and the elves played catch with it. Also, it's not real quilting with actual stitching, machine embossed. ugh..
