just as expected

The trim kit itself arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. The directions as everyone else mentioned, were not helpful. It took my husband a few hours to install because he had to cut a little bit into the upper cabinet in order to have a perfect fit. It looks great.

Great looking trim kit

Bought the LG trim kit (and microwave) a month ago. Was nervous because we dont own any LG appliances. Happy to report that not only have we not had any problems but it was very easy to install the trim. Looks good and wife is happy. Very happy. Win win!

poor engineering

the holes don't line up to screw it in. I have installed 2 of these trim kits and both were a nightmare. cut my hand up pretty bad fighting with the lineup trying to get the thing screwed in. Gave up and they are just pressure fitted so tend to fall off if bumped by the kids. Look good but overpriced for poor engineering.
