Fake jewelry

They are misleading people to buy it with high tag price and big discount! I went to jewelry store to sell it. Its not gold!! Do not buying it. When I bought it I asked the attendant a 1000 times if was a solid they assured was solid in the store. They didn’t return my money!!! I would never shop at macys ever

The description for your precious metal items is appreciated; however, the most important piece of information (the weight) is not present in most of your gold items. I have bought this product as well almost three years ago and still can not break even with this "generous" discount. Your customers would feel better about purchases if they could better calculate the actual value.
