Missing belt

I bought this for a cruise and didn’t open it until I was on my cruise. It was missing the belt to the robe, which made it essentially useless. I called customer service when I got back from my cruise and they told me it had been too long and they couldn’t do anything about the missing belt. Very frustrating.

Really wanted to love it.

Ok not that great. I got a small/med and it was insanely large for my weight. I’m 132, 5.5 and I felt like I was swimming in it. The tie at the end was loose and did not hold well no matter how tight I tried to tie it to secure the robe. The material, although soft it had no air flow and I could only imagine how my body would feel in the unbreathable fabric.
