Rug Material Great/Cut Is Crooked

The colors, feel, and banding of the rug are great and match the room aesthetically, but the rug was cut crooked, and the walls in the dining room are not at 90 degrees. Either could be true, but the rug does appear not to be rectangular.

Great rug!

We've had this runner and area rug for almost a year and it still looks great. The pile is low, which we like because it is very easy to keep clean.
