Great watch but poor service by bloomingdales!

I ordered this watch online so needed to resize it. I visited the store in Norwalk and they said that the person who does it is not available, however, if you had bought this in store we'd have done it right away which so strange that they are not doing it just because i bought it online from their website! After i told them they should be doing it for online purchases, the guy said that you can check in another time (call before coming to the store) or you could get it done from outside and they'll reimburse for the expenses. I called them again last weekend and the lady told me same that they dont do it in their store. I returned this watch just because of this reason and the inconvenience they have caused me with no resolution. I would not be making anymore purchases from Bloomingdales now, so disappointed!
