I love it

Solid; attractive; nice wood: tray & the overall box. Inner capacity: 34"W x 17-1/2"D x 10"H. Fabric: wish it had a higher thread count. Color of fabric & wood darker than their pic. Wood like ruddy walnut.

Nice piece of furniture with a couple issues

The fabric is relatively soft and it's a good color that matches a lot of different styles. Overall it's a nice, functional addition to our living room. The hinge system for lifting the lid seems robust. The interior provides a surprising amount of storage. We encountered two minor/moderate issues: 1) Two of the footers are misaligned by a noticeable amount. The drill holes are simply not where they need to be for the square footers to sit parallel to the sides of the ottoman. They're recessed just enough for this not to be noticeable unless you're assembling it, but it is evidence of somewhat sloppy manufacturing that should be corrected. 2) The table surface, footers, and screws for these were boxed and placed in the interior of the Ottoman during shipment. They were meant to be secured but during shipment this box was clearly moving freely, because when it arrived the liner on one of the short sides was torn through across the bottom and halfway up both sides. We reported this and received a 15% refund for, which IMO is the absolute minimum for that sort of damage as it impacts the ability to use the ottoman for storage. Ultimately we will need to cut out the damaged section and staple in some replacement.
