Great plan. It feels balanced in my hand, not too heavy but substantial. I able to get a nice char on my steak and finish cooking it in oven. Considering now which other Made In product to add to my kitchen.

Took me some time to season it. But once I learnt , I became a fan. It is truly non-stick with minor (or no) oil. This pan is a must buy if you are looking for high quality pan without any chemicals

Beautiful and functional, thoughtfully designed. I love the weight of this pan and it's variety of uses from gas stove top to oven. It's easy to clean and nonstick, when you preheat as you should for nonstick :)
