Great item

This product really does work as good as it says. It makes it so easy to make alfredo sauce, cheesecake, queso, etc. I would not do without the magic bullet

Fantastic Product unitl!!!

I bought this product about four months ago. It is a wonderful appliance - does just what the ads says- chops onions, milkshakes, beats eggs - lovely omelettes, grinds nutmegs, purees etc and so convenient, with the 2 different size cups - I didn't need to take out my regular big blender for the small jobs. However, I tried to use it one day and absolutely no a sound - the motor just doesn't work any more. I tried all the trouble shooting in the manual, no luck. I am sooooo disappointed. So for performance while it actually worked I give 5 stars, but durability I will have to give a 1. It didn't last me even 4 mths. I at least expected at least 1 years service from it. Only consolation is that I have the party mugs and can make use of the mixing cups using the shaker and reg cover. I have had a Black & decker mini chopper for over 8 years which has done much more work and is still working - I bought it for $10.00 at a Flea Market. Compare the Bullet to that. Maybe I will try another one some time in the future.

Magic Bullet Express

I have own my magic bullet for one year I use it just about every day I have had no problems with it I also got one for my sister who is a health nut she makes at least two or three smoothies a day she also have hers for a year with no problems we love the magic bullet and will stand by it I recomend it to everyone Dawn.

Oh so good

I just love the magic bullet. It's so easy to use and takes less time to use when creating a meal. I use it 95% of the time when i cook a day. The magic bullet is so addicting.

Bad product... AWFUL warranty

I've had my Magic Bullet for 5 months. I use it mostly for smoothies, and it works great. Chopping onions or anything else, it turns them to mush. The base no longer shuts off when I remove the cup, until I unplug the base. Customer Service was happy to send me a replacement, but they charge $10 for shipping. As they pointed out, it does clearly state in the warranty that shipping on replacements is not included, but they don't even offer a repair location or any alternative. You pay more money for them to ship you a replacement, or you're stuck with a broken item. Luckily, at least mine still works. What kind of 1 year warranty is that?? Buy a good knife and a decent blender and forget this product!

Daily User

I use the Magic Bullet for fruit smoothies. Excellent way to get daily fruits. Add whatever fruit you have available. I use a banana, goji berries, blue berries, papaya, plain yogurt, and pomegranate juice. Yummy! It is truly magical because it takes less than 5 minutes every day to reap the benefits of good healthy living.

Great Buy

I purchased the Magic Bullet as a gift for my mom and she truly loves it. She's used it just about everyday since she got it. It's fast and simple. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

pleasantly surprised!

My daughter has been begging me to get one of these since her friends mom got it. She said it was sooo great! I refused for a long time then finally got it for her as a "Christmas gift". We all love it! It does exactly like it says, and it is so easy to use and clean up. It comes with several interchangable containers and blades and they go on and off so easy, I thought it was a really good value. We will definately be getting alot of use out of it.
