Worth the money'

I have been using this product for a few years and it's the best magnesium I have found. There are no side effects and I can tell a difference from taking it. I suffer from several diseases that require magnesium such as chronic pain and migraines. Do not hesitate to buy this brand. Magnesium Bisglycinate is the best magnesium for your body to process.

Disappointed.

I started taking a long time ago, but the last few bottles really disappointed me. The capsules originally received were full...no room showing in the capsule; but the last several bottles, the capsules seem to not be filled....only about 8/10ths full. Have been thinking about changing brands for that reason.

Cramps be gone!!!

I've been on auto ship for this product for over a year. I was having extreme muscle cramps in my hamstrings and calves in the night. I take 5 of these before bedtime and no more leg cramps.
