Not My Cup Of Tea
The style of the jacket is nice. However, the exterior has too much of a sheen for my taste.
Not as pictured
Either the coat I received was defective or they had the measurements completely off. The collar is so huge, it does not look like anything in the picture. You need a 6-inch neck to wear this, literally.
Well-made but poorly designed
It's mostly well made and comfy, but they forgot ONE little thing: TO MAKE IT WARM! As a winter coat, it's great for spring. Plan on wearing 3 layers under this thing if it's below 40 degrees or windy. Also, for SOME reason it has adjustable pull-strings to tighten the HOOD (unnecessary -- the hood snaps shut in front) but does NOT have pull strings in the body, which means it hangs OPEN at ALL times, and ,if it's windy, the wind comes RIGHT UP into the coat. The hip pockets have flap enclosures w/velcro, but the sideways chest pockets ONLY have snaps...which, if you're active, will keep you paranoid that ANYTHING in those pockets will fall out at ANY second. (It's 2 snaps, and they have a 3- to 4-inch gap between them -- plenty of room for your phone or keys or glasses to slip out.) There's this weird inside zipper, which is meant to block the wind, but it's useless when the body of the coat has no pull-strings to adjust the coat tightness.
