Scooper stopped working after 4 days of use

My kids (4yrs and 2yrs) were in high heaven when they got this toy as an early Christmas present. It only comes with one scooper instead of the 2 scooper the original ice cream toy comes with, which was a problem when you have 2 kids. My 4yr daughter played with this toy every day for 4 days straight. By far her favorite toy... until the scooper stopped working after only 4 days of use. She had a complete meltdown and was so heart broken. So now we have no working scooper since this version only comes with 1

This ice cream set looks soooo cute!

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my niece and nephew. Your products came highly recommended from a friend. They mom said they would LOVE it! She is saving it till Christmas.

Life like....feels like i was at the store buying ice cream.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loved it. It was very well made, great quality and life like in all ways. Everything was very thought out, from the way things connect to the money and menu. She played for hours. Highly, highly recommend it.

Love this!

Adorable and well made! My kids are having so much fun taking our ice cream orders. The toppings are what make this set really special...makes for lots of possible combinations. Also, they stack together very nicely unlike the magnetic one that can't really accommodate more than 2 scoops without getting tippy. Love that all the pieces store nicely in the counter as well. Great product!

I would definitely buy this product again!

Very well made. So much detail! And my 3 1/2 year old nephew absolutely loved it. The entire family was treated to multiple ice-cream cones and sundaes!

Love it!

My kids love this (a 20 month old and 4 year old). I love it too! It's a great pretend-play toy. My kids play with it multiple times a day. It's definitely one of their favorite Christmas presents!

Best sustainable interest

I saw this new item in an independent toy store just a few days before Christmas. I bought it and returned the other toy I had already purchased for my three year-old granddaughter. This toy has been a hit with not only the three-year-old, but also her older five-year-old sister and eight year-old brother. This was the favored toy Christmas Day and the days after. They have played with this toy for hours over the days after Christmas. They eventually expanded the Ice Cream Counter with other play food items they had and "opened" a shop serving "customers" with a variety of offerings. This toy has not only been hours of creative fun but can also develop a spirit of cooperation when children play with it together. The toy is well made and offers a lot of options for creativity.
