Defective Knives Tarnished Right Away - No Support

These were a wedding gift from my parents. Don't get me wrong, they are stunning and we were looking forward to using them for many years. However, after just a few washes the knives are destroyed (forks and spoons still ok). They were backordered for many many months (almost a year I believe) and by the time we received them I was unable to access my registry info on Bloomingdales. I contacted Michael Adam customer support directly, who did nothing to help. So disappointed that my parents gifted us 12 sets of this silverware just for it to be ruined and unusable after just a couple of uses with no support available due to the backorder.
