Worst experience with Macy‘s

I ordered a gift for my mother’s birthday and I kept getting the run around from customers service. Long story short, her birthday passed, I was told to wait another 2 weeks. She never received her gift. I reached out to Macy’s customs service and they told me I would have to wait another week. At this time, i just told them I wanted a refund. Very very disappointed!!!!

stunning statement

This lived up to my expectation. The band is lightweight, but the face is thicker than I'd like. It's the perfect size for my wrist. Love the rose gold contrast with the white and just enough bling to make a statement.

Looks Fake not worth the price.

I ordered this watch based on the amazing reviews. But trust me this watch is just not worth the hype. It doesn't look MK, it looks fake. I have 7 MK watches and this is the worst 1 I've ever seen. The dial is nothing amazing and the belt is made of plastic. The rose gold part in the belt must be some light metal but the white part looks pathetic its some cheap blueish white plastic and not ceramic. Looks fake in person not the regular MK watch which has some decent weight to it. An Annie Klein ceramic watch looks far far better than these. Returning it for sure.
