Love the purse, straps are way too long

This is my first Michael Kors purchase. I really like the actual bag, it is exactly what I wanted. However, the straps are CRAZY LONG! I am 5'7 and even on the shortest setting, the purse reaches my butt. I thought maybe I had been sent the incorrect straps, but judging from the other comments made on this, I did not. I wish I would have read the comments beforehand, I probably would have went another direction. I don't know that I will purchase anymore MK products moving forward. Too much money to be inconvenienced by something like this.

Straps Way Too Long

What the hell Michael Kors?! The strap on this bag goes all the way down to my butt - on the shortest setting. On a mini backpack. What in the world? That is not at all what is advertised in the picture. Now I have to go spend additional money to get this bag adjusted because I am not returning it. Really, extremely disappointing and irritating. Please have better quality control in the future.

Cris-cross the straps to shorten

Perfect little pack with all the big pack features. Criss cross the straps to adjust length! Great summer travel bag. Also like that it’s not MK pattern blast. I prefer not advertising fashion brands. If people don’t know what you’re wearing, upscale. I’m not a billboard.

I like it with one caveat

I like this little bag. It's really cute. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the straps. Even adjusting them to the shortest they are very long. But for my purposes the bag was the perfect size. I didn't want a huge bag and it has a few front zipper pockets.

Straps too long

I love the actual backpack! Its the perfect size for what I needed it for. The straps are another story though. They are ridiculously long! I had to take them and have them shortened 8- 10 inches!

Straps are too long

While this backpack is very cute and compact, the straps are too long. Even with the straps set as short as they can go, the backpack sits at the bottom of my back when I wear it. I am 5'5" so not super short. I wouldn't recommend this backpack for someone who is very short unless you plan to add holes to the straps to make it work for your body size.
