Hard to open and close

I bought this bag in black with the rhinestones but it’s hard to open and close. Makes no sense ?

Pretty

Just got mine . Love the style but for the price I expected better quality material . The chain is great , nice and thick . The purse feels like thin vinyl , a big disappointment there .

Beautiful purse, perfect size

Michael Kors bags are always outstanding quality, this beaty is no exception, but the little clips which hold the strap could be thicker, worried they may break once I put things in.

Absolutely love it!

Love this bag! The shape is wonderful and the bold chain across the soft exterior looks fantastic. The comfortable crossbody strap is nice too - feels solid & doesn't detract from the chain detail on the bag. Thoughts on... Faux Leather - Yes, but so soft & looks great. Loved the shape and chain so gave it a try - glad I did! Open/Close - Tight at first, but after a few days of use, not an issue. Color - Optic white is a creamy white - very pretty. Size - Small but easily holds all the basics. Overall - an absolute yes! So love it am thinking of a second one in another color...
