It is a shame! Insulting.

Macy's should be embarrased to ship a tuxedo shirt in a "terrible" unacceptable condition to its customers.It is insulting! I will have No More Business with Macy's anymore!

Classic shirt. I love the French cuffs. Needs to be pressed. Correct size.

Disappointed

Shirt has a pink cast and is not a bright white. Also when washed came out very wrinkled. Label indicates to iron if necessary and this shirt definitely needs ironing and probably some spray starch too.

Good Choice for Formal Wear

This is my second purchase of this brand and style. The shirt looks great, fits well, is comfortable to wear, and easy to wash.

Horrible Experience!

If I could give less than an 1-Star rating I would do so. I ordered this particular product as a gift and I encourage you to look at how nice this item is presented in the picture above, with the Michelsons of London packaging, black ribbon/bow, etc. However, what I received was a loose shirt with no Michelsons packaging/ribbon/collar stays/pins/etc., wrinkled up and stuffed into a clear plastic bag. This was (clearly) someone’s returned item that was just shoved into a bag and shipped out to me. Obviously, I wasn’t going to wrap this up and give it as a gift to anyone in this lousy condition. I called Macy’s Customer Service and after a 37-minute conversation/hold time, the representative came back to the line and told me that his supervisor gave the okay/approval for a refund and that I could simply “discard the item and not return it”. I’m glad that I didn’t follow his guidance because the next day, email messages started rolling in, instructing me that I had to return the shirt to a Macy’s store or UPS location or they would charge my card for the item. Anyway, I took it back to a nearby store location and received my refund. Horrible experience!
