Torn in one hour after receiving it!

I just received this toy last night. I introduced it to my springer spaniel, 7 month old puppy, to play with. Within less than one hour the yellow parts ripped in two places. It ripped on nose and one paw the inside stuffing is already coming out. This is very disappointing because this is not an inexpensive dog toy. I purchased the Tuffy Mighty pink piglet toy previously and had no problem for years. I will request a refund through customer service. I have included several photos as proof of damage.
