Beautiful santoku
What a beautiful Japanese knife. I love how sharp this blade is, it chops anything like it’s butter. With the 133 layers of MC66 steel, you get an exceptionally sharp knife, while also having a durable blade thanks to it being ice hardened. The black ash wood handles accents well with the blade aesthetic. These are some of the best Japanese knives on the market. The santoku knife is a nice in between size, smaller in length, but still a wide blade to chop through produce easily.

Best of the Best
The Miyable Black blade is made up of a center MC66 core with 133 layers of steel surrounding it. This knife is scalpel sharp, you will be amazed. It will slice through anything even the toughest vegetables and any meat as well.

Sleek 6" Utility
The Miyabi Black 6" utility is so sleek. Its made up of 133 layers, the core being the most durable MC66 steel. The blade in more narrow than other 6 utility giving it a feel of a slicer that can do all in the kitchen. I started with one piece of Miyabi Black and now I have four.
