New out the box

Looks and feels like a very nice knife. Just bought it and have yet to use it. Have had experience with the 8in chef in this series hopefully it will be a great companion to my set.

Knife is awesome, really sharp out of the box. I'm buying a whole set, already have 7", 5.5" Santokus and the Paring.

Beautiful Pairing Knife

Beautiful Damascus style blade. Sharp right out of the box. Comfortable handle. Center of mass about a third of the way back from the blade.
