Nice Chain

It's a nice chain but have to returned it it was a gift for my mother but it was so knotted that she could not wear it.

Very tangled

It came tangled up bad I sat here for 3 hrs trying to untangle it because I didn’t want to go thru the process of sending it back !

This necklace was tangled when i received it. I saw the previous reviews & said let me just give it a try. I should of listen to the reviews
