leather loveseat

I love shopping at Macy's, especially online when I know what I want. They always have very fair prices for quality items and a customer service and return policy to has earned my trust. I always shop with confidence and trust when I shop at Macys.

Poor quality and the warranty was not honored.

In less than 6 months, the leathered ripped. We bought the warranty, but they said it was not covered despite us asking about tears specifically before purchase and the warranty saying it is covered. Will never buy furniture from Macy's again. Terribly disappointed. The product quality and service of Macy's just keeps getting worse.

we bought this sofa 3 years ago and it horrible the middle sagging but the leather is good quality how ever i would not recommend this don't waste your money

Comfortable

Good looking leather in wheat color. Comes in several colors. Very comfortable, versatile, easy to maintain sofa and loveseat. Reasonably priced. An excellent choice for our Den/Family Room. Sales associates are excellent.

Horrible Couch

We bought these couches for our living room. We wanted a nice leather set that would last us for years. That is not the case with these couches. Do not buy them. We have had them for three years and two months and when you sit on the couch, it’s as if you’re sitting on the ground. They sag so bad in the middle. The quality is not great. I would never recommend these to anybody.
