Disappointed!

Macy's charged my credit card and now I'm never going to receive it. Online chat and customer service has given me the run-around. Tracking says, "Latest Update USPS has not received a postage payment for your item. As of July 3, 2025 at 8:47 pm, it is being held awaiting payment and cannot be processed. If the postage is received, the package will be delivered to the recipient; otherwise the package will be considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered."

I love this concealer

This concealer is definitely creamy, which I love. I'm 52, and need that. It has excellent coverage, a decent color range, and doesn't crease. I've switched from Shape Tape to this. It really works well.
