Fabulous Machine! We love it :)
We love this machine. Easy to use and a large range of pods to choose from. The only issue we have, is when frothing milk with the spring in, the milk always overflows even though we fill only to the max line. We now no longer use the spring so it doesn’t overflow. Just don’t get the foam for a cap but not a big deal.

Great countertop espresso machine
I really enjoy using the Nespresso Citiz. The design looks great on my coffee bar, very modern and upscale. It’s super easy to use, which is perfect for my busy mornings. I just need to pop in a pod and you get a smooth, flavorful espresso in no time. It feels well-made and has held up nicely with daily use, and the machine super easy to clean. I also appreciate that the pods are compact and easy to find. It’s a great machine that delivers quality coffee with style and save a lot of morning time for me. Highly recommend if you want convenience and good taste in one.

Easy to use and great flavour; but mine is very noisy with excessive vibration, perhaps faulty from factory(?)
This is my 1st coffee machine, pod or otherwise, trying to move from powdered pkt cappuccinos. Still experimenting trying to find the perfect mix, but I love the variety of blends, and ease of use. Very user friendly, and amazing rich flavours are a revelation. I like the milk warmer too, although I would appreciate a larger volume for my oversized needs. The only real complaint I have (which I suspect may actually be a fault in my machine), is the obnoxiously loud noise it makes when dispensing the shots: a significantly noticeable and distracting vibration from the machine, to the point the whole thing is literally shaking and vibrating the counter. I’d assumed this must (unfortunately) just be normal operation, but reading other reviews here, i get the impression my machine is unusually loud. It is on the edge of being a deal breaker for me (on this machine, not pods in general), as it’s a bit disconcerting, but I guess we’ll see how it goes. Still seems to function fine, and that function is satisfactory for my needs. Now I just need to figure out how to clone/replicate Nescafé instant strong cappuccino with natural ingredients ha!

Eady coffee machine
When looking for cheap easy option of coffee machine, we found this Nespresso citiz& milk. It is easy to use with reasonable price. Not too difficult to clean and tasty coffee

Durability, taste and sustainability ALL in one
This is my second Nespresso original line. I still have the first one - it is just off at a family member’s home now - still going strong after a DECADE of use. Easy to clean and descale with their kits that you can order along with a bin to keep used pods. Then you can UPS them back to Nespresso (for FREE) and they recycle the aluminum and compost the grounds. Makes a great cup of espresso or a “tall” lungo with a nice crema layer. Tons of flavor varieties from their website or other sources. Can even make an iced variant. I think the fact that this version doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles adds to the durability. There just isn’t a lot to go wrong with it. Highly recommend for a quick, but excellent cup of coffee!
