Poorly shipped

The flavor is great but it is the boxing of these items that I have a problem with. They are shipped in a box that is too small to include any packing paper that would protect the capsules from being easily crushed in transit. My box was crushed upon receipt and so, of course, half the pods inside were crushed. When you order directly from Nespresso they pack in much larger boxes with plenty of room for padding to protect the capsules.
