Can’t use this as it goes under the whole mattress and thought it had elastic to go around box spring. As a senior o can’t lift mattress out of way to put it in place

Wrong bed skirt

I ordered a queen size bed skirt in teal. After an extended delivery time, I received a beige twin size bed skirt. I immediately called Macy's and the onus was placed on me to correct the mistake. I had to repackage and ship the item back, or return it to a store nearby. This was Macy's mistake, not mine. The charge should have been refunded immediately but was not. I'm very disappointed with Macy's.
