Amazingly comfortable but hideous

Going to keep for reading & watching TV in bed at night. Wonderfully comfortable with extra roll that this old body appreciates for my knees. So from a functional standpoint it's great. Aesthetically, it's hideous. Cheap fabric and an overall irregular shape. Not happy about that part. In addition, the manufacturer's advice to shake it out was terrible. It's sturdy and VERY heavy. I've hurt my wrist badly. Tried no heat fluff in dryer, that worked slightly better. Did not expect a product like this at a relatively high price point to arrive crushed in a "space bag."

Great for reading in bed.

Love to read in bed but propping pillows was a bit uncomfortable. This is nice and plush but has a substantial feel. Very comfortable to use for reading in bed.

Flat as a pancake

Flat as a pancake. It’s been 4 days now and it still hasn’t “puffed up”. Very disappointed in this product.

Absolutely Love!

i needed something to support my back while watching TV! this is perfect!! it is sturdy and keeps it shape! the arms are like real arms on a chair. i use it as a pillow when sleeping.

Not our cup of tea

This product was not comfortable for reading in our bed. That was the sole reason for purchasing. We plan to return it asap. We do not live in a city with a Macys so we have to travel to Houston to return. It expanded from the shipping box and we can't get it in to ship back.

Ease back & neck pain!

Very supportive, very comfortable. I use this to give me back & neck support while sitting with my legs stretched out on the couch, watching TV.
