Surprisingly Sleek yet comfortable couch!
This couch, unlike other large multi-faceted pieces, has a sleek, clean appearance which initially may look hard. However, I had been hunting couches for months and found this one to have superior comfort and without the bulky look when you lower the leg rests and manually restore the headpiece. The only down side is the electrical requirements and you need to have a professional electricioner install outlets into your floor to power the couch. So once you place it where you like it...be prepared to spend a couple extra hundred to add a perfectly place floor outlet and plan to have it come with a cover when you decide to remodel in the next several years!

I love the look of this sofa and it is very comfortable. Delivery was exceptional and Macy's makes it so easy!!!

Could be great
I will update this review if Macy’s fixes the issue. After this item was delayed for over a month we finally received it a few weeks ago. It looks awesome, is comfortable and we were really happy for the first few days. Unfortunately one of the power recliners is extremely squeaky and sounds like someone opening an old rickity door when anyone sits in it or gets up from it, including my 30 lbs daughter. If this is just a fluke piece and Macy’s will swap it out then I would give it 5 stars but if this is what I am stuck it, then the 2 star review is fitting.

Great couch!
Our couch was just delivered today! First of all, the delivery dudes were nice, strong, and careful with the couch and our home - the set it all up perfectly. The couch is super stylish, looks great in our modern home, is a beautiful color and super duper comfy. Highly recommend if it suits your style. BTW we love that since it's a sectional, we got to customize the configuration to fit our room layout.

It's Perfect!
Purchased this 6 piece sectional in gray for our lower level and absolutely love it! The color is great and all the pieces, including the chaise, are extremely comfortable.

Major problems
We received this couch in April. We bought 3 pieces, 2 of which are recliners. This couch looks great and is sleek and modern which is what we wanted. The problem occurs in the end pieces' arms. Within days of receiving the couch, the arm sunk in, meaning, when you lean on it, something inside breaks creating a dip. We got a replacement because it was under warranty. The delivery person said "Maybe you shouldn't lean on it." If I buy a couch from Macy's, I expect it to be of quality so the arms of the couch can be leaned on. That being said, the same issue happened again. Got a 2nd replacement (so 3rd new piece now) and the color of the couch was a different shade of gray from the rest of the couch which is somewhat understandable because this couch piece now was created from a different dye lot of fabric. Called for a replacement and were told we'd be getting an entire new couch. Today, the new couch shows up and the delivery person told my husband "You don't want this couch." Both arms on both ends of the couch were defective. We declined delivery. Not what we expect from Macy's furniture. There is clearly a problem with how this couch is manufactured. We are working with Macy's to resolve this issue but most likely, we'll be picking a new couch... and possibly not from Macy's.
