reclining

Mike the reclining pull is on the right side just feel under the arm rest i have that one in black but sometimes it gets stuck and you need to do sonething u der it to pull it out your feet

Garbage

Recliners stopped working . Cushions sagged. Arms sagged. Warranty is outsourced . Takes months to schedule a repair Don’t waste time or money on this couch. Customer service terrible.

Beware! Overcharged and Ignored for Months!

I recently purchased this sectional from Pleasant, California store when it was on sale, but to my shock, I was charged the full price instead. After multiple phone calls over the past two months and hours of stress, they have STILL not refunded me the difference. It's been nothing but delays, broken promises, and poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed with how this store handles issues, and I would highly advise other customers to be cautious when shopping here. You may end up paying more than you expect, and good luck getting your money back.

power reclining sofa and chair

Overall we really like it. a few things I'm not fond of, when fully reclined your feet feel like they are not elevated enough. I feel like the front arms of the sofa need more padding you feel where the padding stops past the arm rest as it rolls to the front. Still after that being said it is a very nice sofa and chair.

Cant be happier

Love this set of sofa sold by Macy. I waited for a few months for the color I want, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The quality is excellent and the support is pretty strong. Can’t be happier with this purchase!

DON’T BUY BAIT AND SWITCH

Me and hubby went to the Macy’s store and fell in love with this style couch. We sat on it, walked around it and talked about it for at least a couple of hours before deciding to buy it although it was a bit above our budget. Fast forward, it took about 3 months or so before the couch arrived. It was scratched up on the left back bottom side but Macys quickly replaced that part. The problem came when I went to sit or lay on it and then I quickly realized that although it looks like the couch in the store on the outside, it is clear that the inside construction isn’t the same. When you sit on it, it sinks like a 1000 lbs is resting on top of it whereas the front cushion protrudes outwards! AND if you “plop” on it, your body will propel upwards like you are jumping on a trampoline! The couch in the store was structurally sound, very comfortable and sturdy! We feel as though we’ve been cheated! This is no doubt a case of BAIT AND SWITCH! I will be writing corporate about this!
