A BIG NO!
Horrible! It came with no window kit. I went to the Newair company twice to try to get the right parts. Nothing they had there would fit the unit. I even thought with all the parts I might be able to fix it but at that point it was already cursed. And then to get it to the store! That was another issue. We will be using a skateboard to help us with this heavy unit.

I deeply regret buying this portable heater. I went solely off the reviews and it completely missed in every aspect. I now have hole cut through my wall for a unit that's trash. I can't return it and I have to much of a heart to dump it off on someone else so this is the direction im left to go in👉🏿 👈🏿. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.
Perfect air conditioning for this California heat
A high-quality, very powerful air conditioner. My TV room is more comfortable with the air conditioning. I highly recommend this product.

Best investment I could have made!
Newair shipped the portable AC super fast! The unit was incredibly easy to install, even with an unconventionally sized window. It cooled off our entire apartment within the hour and we couldn't be happier with the product!

Unit just arrived, not working
Unit arrived today, instructions said to wait 2 hours before plugging it in, which i did. Then I turned on the unit, it ran for 15 seconds at most, then shut off and never back on. Fault Compressor.

Maximizes effiency
