Not too impressed

bought the product and had to return it within 2 weeks as the container had cracked and was leaking. Powerful motor, great design but it didn't hold up. Bought a second one and am hoping we don't have the same problem.

Power but does not blend that well

Need accesories and different blade options. My products get stuck to the pitcher. I have to use a spoon to get the food that stays on the pitcher and mix it into the liquid and blend again and again. Not impressed.

Expensive replacement parts

A new pitcher costs the same as the whole blender or sometimes more. It’s ridiculous.

Very disappointed

Bought minha about a year ago and it worked pretty well until today, when I had the cup cracked because of a single ice cube.. I was expecting it to deal better with it, not having a big crack that left the product leaking and impossible to use. Came to check the price to replace the accessory and for my surprise is almost same price of a new one!!! Thats just ridiculous.. Going to make a better research online and check for a brand that is REALLY professional.

This blender do

This blender doesn't grind things well. For example, I don't like onions, so before I put onions in my food I have to blend it, and make like pure so I don't find any onion on my food, but this blender don't blend and I always find big pieces of onion in my food.

Broken in month

The hooks to hold blender to base to blend broke off while blending. Was making smoothie and heard a sound to find plastic that holds it to base was off. Only one was holding
